About

A quick run down

Prototypes, replacement parts and small batches, with no tooling costs and no minimum order, one-off makes or unique creations; repair parts or just something that doesn't exist yet.

How it works

  1. Send your file or idea. Upload a model or send a description or sketch through the quote form.

  2. Get a quote. I usually reply within a day. Pricing depends on the item, so every quote is tailored to your job.

  3. Approve and I print. Once you’re happy, I print your parts to spec.

  4. Tracked delivery. It’s included in the price, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Choosing the right print process

FDM printing: strong, practical parts
Build size up to 230 × 230 × 300mm. Larger designs aren’t a problem, because I can split the file into sections, print them separately and join them into one finished piece.

  • Good for: functional parts, prototypes, brackets, housings and flexible TPU parts. PETG and ABS are tough, and the process is cost-effective.

  • Worth knowing: you can see fine layer lines on the surface, and very small details come out less sharp. Parts made from split files can show joins, which I hide as much as possible when finishing.

Resin printing: smooth and extremely detailed
I offer two resin options:

  1. Large-scale resin for bigger models that need a smooth finish, in one piece where possible.

  2. 14K ultra-high-definition resin for very small, fine detail such as miniatures, display models and intricate props.

  • Good for: very smooth surfaces, sharp edges and fine detail, which suits models, dioramas and presentation pieces.

  • Worth knowing: resin parts are more brittle than FDM parts, so they’re not the best choice for parts that take heavy loads or impacts. They also need washing and curing, and they cost more per part.

Not sure which to choose? Send your file with a note on what the part is for, and I’ll recommend the best option in your quote.
