Off-the-shelf parts don’t always fit the job. I design and print bespoke brackets, mounts, housings, cradles and replacement parts built around your exact equipment and workflow. Whether it’s a discontinued part, a one-off adaptation or a small production run, I take it from measurement and CAD through to a tested, fitted part. Ideal for: maintenance teams, operations, product developers, anyone with a part that doesn’t exist yet.
Masters for moulds and casting
Silicone moulding and resin casting start with a clean master. I produce high-detail, surface-finished masters, sanded and primed as required, ready for moulding in silicone, resin or similar. Great for short-run replicas, replacement components and props. Jigs, fixtures and workholding
A good jig makes a repeatable job faster and more consistent. I make custom jigs, guides, alignment tools and holding fixtures that cut setup time and reduce errors, tailored to your parts and your process. They’re lightweight, quick to iterate, and cheap enough to revise until they’re right. Ideal for: workshops, assembly and QC, fabrication, repair and inspection.
Tabletop miniatures
Crisp, high-resolution prints for wargaming, RPGs and collectors. Fine detail, clean supports and careful finishing so they’re ready to prime and paint. Custom sculpts, conversions, bases and scenery pieces are available. Ideal for: players, painters, game designers, Kickstarter prototypes.
